Duration: 3 months, approximately 5 hours each month.
Description: Our comprehensive culture transformation project model normally spans 12-14 months. This sample is delivered as it would be in the first 3 months. Participants gain awareness of the value and relevance of the culture model, training and mentoring content, terms, tools, and processes, within the CultureEX™ immersive implementation. Each participant experiences requirements at the outset of the process and within each month. No less than five or more than 10 people can participate in each sample group.
