In this 14-block program (scheduling is per your pace as laid out in your timeline), your first group meeting is an onboarding/kick-off session. This certification program is for coaches, consultants, mentors, and trainers who wish to become culture transformation specialists and consultants and to learn what it takes to transform people and teams to meet today’s speed of change and complexity. Welcome to the evolution!
The following activities are to be completed per your specific timeline:
- Attend onboarding/kickoff session
- Complete an Ntrinsx Temperament Assessment (if you have not already done so)
- Review your custom group module: Understanding Your Temperament
- Schedule ALL individual, group, and mentoring sessions in your calendar
- Complete all events listed below in Onboarding and Pre-Project and Block 1 Project Start
- Follow your timeline to complete the tasks in each Block thereafter
