Timeline Activites Participants Time
Pre-Project Planning Session (before Month 1)
  1. Review Ntrinsx of client lead and LWS consultant
  2. Review survey descriptions, data and goals
  3. Review 7 steps, scope of work, general timeline
  4. Design specific plan, including schedule and logistics
  5. Begin blueprint process; purpose, values, 1 vision
  6. Review mentoring and training processes
  7. Describe capacity building and steps to gain buy-in
  8. Identify performance target(s) and how it is tracked
  9. Review kickoff meeting module and leader guide
  10. Lead writes letter of intent regarding project
  11. Lead sends intro letter to project participants

Month 1 -Kickoff & Project Start
  1. Participants attend the kickoff session
  2. Participants register into the LifeWork Systems portal
  3. Letters of intent on commitments are completed
  4. Participants review 4 pre-project modules
  5. Participants review project documentation
  6. Ntrinsx and SAS surveys are completed
All staff Approximately 4 hours or more depending on reflection on materials and surveys.
Month 2
  1. Participants receive post-kickoff mentoring session
  2. Individual modules 1a and 1b + surveys completed
  3. Everyone receives results on SAS and Ntrinsx surveys
All Staff Mentoring: 30m ea.
Assessments: 1 hr.
1a and 1b: 1-2 hrs.
Month 3
  1. Group review session 1 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 2a and 2b + surveys completed
All Staff Group: 2 hrs.
Mentoring: 30m ea.
2a and 2b: 1-2 hrs.
Month 4
  1. Group review session 2 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 3a and 3b + surveys completed
  4. Everyone completes a Mind Trust
All Staff Group: 2 hrs.
Mentoring: 30m ea.
3a and 3b: 1-2 hrs.
Month 5
  1. Group review session 3 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 4a and 4b + surveys completed
  4. Staff begins work on blueprints
All Staff Group: 2 hrs.
Mentoring: 30m ea.
4a and 4b: 1-2 hrs.
Month 6
  1. Group review session 4 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 5a and 5b + surveys completed
  4. SAS is re-measured. Results are distributed
All Staff Group: 2 hrs.
Mentoring: 30m ea.
5a and 5b: 1-2 hrs.
Assessment: 30m
Month 7
  1. Group review session 5 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 6a and 6b + surveys completed

6a and 6b: 1-2 hrs.
Month 8
  1. Group review session 6 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 7a and 7b + surveys completed

Month 9
  1. Group review session 7 in all small groups
  2. LWS mentor leaders; all staff are mentored
  3. Individual modules 8a and 8b + surveys completed

  1. Group review session 8 in all small groups
